Because the addition of Location 4 (40-38-21.2 N, 073-59-52.8 W) is granted after passage of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012, Pub. L. No. 112-96, 126 Stat. 156 (enacted February 22, 2012), the licensee shall have no expectation of receiving funds to cover the cost of relocating the Location 4 facilities covered by this authorization from the 470-512 MHz band spectrum. See the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012, Section 6103(b).
