Reissued pursuant to DTV Delay Act, Pub. L. No. 111-4, 123 Stat. 112 (2009).  
Pursuant to Sections 1, 4(i), 4(j), 301, 303, and 316 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. §§ 151, 154(i), 154(j), 301, 303, 316, as well as Title VI of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012, Pub. L. No. 112-96, 126 Stat. 156, authority to operate in the frequency band 758-769 MHz and 788-799 MHz terminates on August 31, 2017.  
Operation in the 764 - 806 MHz frequency band must be operated only in accordance with Rule 90.545 and must protect existing TV and DTV broadcast stations transmitting on TV channels 62, 63, 64, 65, 67, 68, or 69.
