THIS SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY EXTENSION HAS BEEN APPROVED FOR USE THROUGH DECEMBER 17, 2007, UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
PRIOR TO RADAR USE AT FOX FIELD AIRPORT, NOTIFY RICH ROOD AT: 661-276-2138, or; rich.rood@dfrc.nasa.gov to PREVENT HARMFUL RFI TO OPERATIONS AT NASA DRYDEN FLIGHT RESEARCH CENTER.
SCHEDULING WITH DOD WESTERN AREA FREQUENCY COORDINATOR (WAFC) IS REQUIRED AND MUST INCLUDE DATE, TIME, LOCATION, POC, AND PHONE NUMBER. POC AT WAFC IS:
MR. PAUL CRICE, OR MR. MIKE FAHEY: PH: 805-989-1003, OR 7985.
EDWARDS AFB SPECTRUM MANAGEMENT OFFICE REQUESTS THEY BE CONTACTED WITH START AND STOP TIMES FOR USE OF FREQUENCIES IN THE BAND 2735-2900 MHZ (ASR-11) PRIOR TO TESTING, SO THAT IF THEY HAVE ANY ISSUES, THEY CAN BE RESOLVED PRIOR TO USE.

This Special Temporary Authorization may be terminated at the Bureau's discretion, without a hearing, if conditions warrant. Under no circumstances may the facility(ies) authorized herein become a hazard to air navigation or violate the terms of an international agreement or treaty. If an application for permanent authority is on file with the Commission, this action is taken without prejudice to that application. Post and/or retain a copy of this authorization as required by the Commission's Rules.
