04/05/2007  "The requested Petition for Reconsideration filed on April 28, 2006, was accepted and granted. The licensee must comply with the Commission's rules in the future, and may not rely on this Petition for Reconsideration grant as an indication that a future requests will be granted. The licensee is cautioned that, in the event of a future failure to timely file in accordance with the Commission's licensing rules, the Commission's automated termination process, adopted in February, 2006, may result in the automatic termination of the license, location or frequency at issue, as well as possible enforcement action for unauthorized operation of an unlicensed system. After January 1, 2005, all stations operating on frequencies limited by 90.20(d)(81) with an authorized bandwidth greater than 11.25 kHz will be secondary to adjacent channel interoperability operations.
