Special Conditions
Refer to Locations and Frequencies Tabs for special conditions at those levels
Request for waiver of Section 1.946 granted on January 30, 2007. The licensee must comply with the Commission’s rules in the future, and may not rely on this waiver grant as an indication that a future request for waiver will be granted. The licensee is cautioned that, in the event of a future failure to timely file in accordance with the Commission's licensing rules, the Commission’s automated termination process, adopted in February, 2006, may result in the automatic termination of the license, location or frequency at issue, as well as possible enforcement action for unlicensed use of spectrum. See Wireless Telecommunications Bureau Announces February 1, 2006, as the Implementation Date of the Automated Feature in its Universal Licensing System That Identifies Unconstructed Stations Resulting in Automatic Termination of Licenses, Public Notice, 20 FCC Rcd 19805 (WTB 2005); Biennial Regulatory Review – Amendment of Parts 0, 1, 13, 22, 24, 26, 27, 80, 87, 90, 95, and 101 of the Commission’s Rules to Facilitate Development and Use of the Universal Licensing System in the Wireless Telecommunications Service, WT Docket No. 98-20, Memorandum Opinion and Order on Reconsideration, 14 FCC Rcd 11476 (1999).
