Must remain non-profit throughout license term. Licensee may be asked to provide copies of station records demonstrating compliance with 90.179(d). Each user on system must be individually eligible for frequencies on which co-op is licensed, except that sharing with Public Safety eligibles is permitted pursuant to waiver granted by order DAO1-125. This action does not preclude or prejudice any future enforcement action related to the sharing of facilities disclosed in Illinois Cooperative Association's request for STA filed on June 15, 1999.
