This license is subject to compliance with the conditions set forth in the Commission's Order of Modification, WT Docket No. 12-69, DA 14-43, released January 16, 2014.  
If the facilities authorized herein are used to provide broadcast operations, whether exclusively or in combination with other services, the licensee must seek renewal of the license either within eight years from the commencement of the broadcast service or within the term of the license had the broadcast service not been provided, whichever period is shorter in length. See 47 CFR §27.13(b).
