This Frequency is authorized on a secondary basis to Mexican stations. Transmitted signal may not exceed -107 dBW/mē at the US/Mexican border.  
Grant of the request to update licensee name is conditioned on it not reflecting an assignment or transfer of control (see Rule 1.948); if an assignment or transfer occurred without proper notification or FCC approval, the grant is void and the station islicensed under the prior name.  
To the extent necessary to comply with the co-channel spacing requirements of § 90.621(b), the licensee must cease operation on any channel or channels specified in this authorization in accordance with timely notice from a new licensee authorized under 47 C.F.R. § 90.615 or 47 C.F.R. § 90.617(g) that the new licensee intends to activate the channel(s) for testing or commencement of operations. Provided it has received timely notice, the licensee must cease operation by the intended date and on the channel(s) specified in the notice. The licensee shall be entitled to at least 60 days notice prior to the intended date of initial operations by the new licensee.
