This license is modified as of July 2, 2021, pursuant to Use of the 5.850-5.925 GHz Band, ET Docket No. 19-138, First Report and Order, Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, and Order of Proposed Modification, FCC-20-164 (2020) (FCC 20-164). Licensees are authorized to operate on all channels in the 5895-5925 MHz portion of the band as of July 2, 2021.  
Pursuant to FCC 20-164, the licensee's authorization to operate on licensed frequencies in the 5850-5895 MHz portion of the band will cease one year after the July 2, 2021 effective date (e.g. July 2, 2022) and all 5850-5895 MHz frequencies will be removed from the license.
