Coordination of co-channel Business and Industrial/Land Mobile (B/ILT) pool channels is authorized based on non-overlap of the 22 dBu contour of proposed B/ILT station with 40 dBu contour of this station, pursuant to rule 90.621(b).   The licensee is authorized to continue operation on any channel or channels specified under this authorization until it receives written or electronic notice from a new licensee authorized under 47 C.F.R. § 90.615 or 47 C.F.R. § 90.617(g) of the date that the new licensee intends to activate the channel(s) for testing or commencement of operations. Provided it has received timely notice, the licensee must cease operation by the intended date and on the channel(s) specified in the notice to the extent necessary to comply with the co-channel spacing requirements of § 90.621(b).
