Coordination of co-channel Business and Industrial/Land Mobile (B/ILT) pool channels is authorized based on non-overlap of the 22 dBu contour of proposed B/ILT station with 40 dBu contour of this station, pursuant to rule 90.621(b).  
Operations under this license are subject to the terms of the Special Coordination Procedures between the FCC and Industry Canada as applicable.  
This license has at least one frequency that is authorized on a Canadian primary channel, see Rule Section 90.619(c)(7). Any frequencies authorized on Canadian primary channels are on a secondary basis and are subject to the following conditions, in accordance with the international agreement: (1) In the event that the measured signal at or beyond the border is found to exceed -124 dB(W/mē)/25 kHz, the signal level shall be reduced accordingly; (2) In the event that harmful interference occurs to any station that has primary use of the authorized frequency, regardless of signal strength, the licensee shall take immediate action to eliminate such interference. The agency granting the authorization for secondary use is responsible for ensuring that remedial action is taken, up to and including revocation of the authorization.
