Interference caused by this facility due directly to operation under the parameters of the license yet beyond that provided in the rules will be the responsibility of the licensee to correct. According to Rule 90.619(b), Table 6, the ERP limitation is 500 watts using the Ground Elevation 191.0 and Antenna Height 44.0.   The licensee is authorized to continue operation on any channel or channels specified under this authorization until it receives written or electronic notice from a new licensee authorized under 47 C.F.R. § 90.615 or 47 C.F.R. § 90.617(g) of the date that the new licensee intends to activate the channel(s) for testing or commencement of operations. Provided it has received timely notice, the licensee must cease operation by the intended date and on the channel(s) specified in the notice to the extent necessary to comply with the co-channel spacing requirements of § 90.621(b).
