The top of the Lease Details page displays a link to a New Search, Return to Results, Printable Page, and Reference Copy.

The Lease ID, Name, Radio Service, Status, and Classification of Lease are displayed at the top of the page. The tab also displays the following dates:

• Grant/Accepted
• Commencement
• Expiration
• Cancellation

Lessee
The lessee information is displayed including the lessee’s FRN, type (corporation or individual), address, and other contact information such as phone, fax, and e-mail. The Real Party in Interest name and FRN of Real Party in Interest are also displayed.

Contact
The name, address, and other contact information for the individual point-of-contact for the lessee is displayed. If no contact information has been entered, the fields are blank.
Lessee Qualifications and Ownership Information

• Alien Ownership- Displays “Yes” or “No” based on the applicant’s answers to each of the Alien Ownership questions
• Basic Qualifications Displays “Yes” or “No” based on the applicant’s answers to each of the Basic Qualifications questions

Demographics
The system displays the race, ethnicity, and gender of the lessee. If no information has been entered, the fields are blank.

The Lease ID, Radio Service, Status, and Classification of Lease are displayed at the top of the page. The page also displays the following information:

Applications
This section details the date, file number and type, and status of any applications relating to the lease on file in the system. Click on the file number of an application to open a new window with the Application Search detail page for the application. Up to three applications associated with the lease are displayed on the Admin tab. If there are more than three, click the link provided to access the All Applications page. To return to the Administration page, click the link Return to Admin Page.

Automated Letters
This section lists the letters generated by ULS that the FCC has sent to the licensee, lessee and/or its contact. You are able to view a summary of the information associated with each letter. A sequential reference number assigned by ULS identifies each letter, the letter type, the entity type the letter was sent to (e.g., Lessee, Licensee), and the date the letter was generated. Click the number/title of a letter to open a new browser window and display the complete text of the letter. If there are more than three automated letters, click the link provided to view all the comments on a separate page. To return to the Administration page, click the link Return to Admin Page.

Comments
Displays FCC comments regarding the lease. Each comment is identified by a Description of the comment, and the Date the comment was entered. If there are more than three comments, click the link provided to view all the comments on a separate page. To return to the Administration page, click the link Return to Admin Page.

History
This section lists each significant event that occurred for the lease, as well as the date on which the event occurred. The date and description of up to three history items will be displayed. If there are more than three history items, click the link provided to view all the comments on a separate page. To return to the Administration page, click the link Return to Admin Page.

Special Conditions
This section displays special rules or restrictions that apply to a particular lease. The text of up to three special conditions will appear. If there are more than three special conditions, click the link provided to view all special conditions on a separate page. To return to the Administration page, click the link Return to Admin Page.

Attachments
Lists all attachments that are part of this lease record and allows you to view an attachment. Each attachment is displayed with the Type of the attachment (Waiver, Divestiture, Ownership, Fee Exemption, 47 C.F.R. 17.14 ASR Exemption or Other), a Description of the attachment, and the Date the attachment was filed. To view an attachment, click on its Description. If there are more than three attachments, click the link provided to view all the attachments on a separate page. To return to the Administration page, click the link Return to Admin Page.

The top of the Technical Data tab identifies the Lease ID, Radio Service, Status, and the Classification of Lease. If there are more than twenty locations, paths or links associated with this lease, a numbered list provides links to other Technical Data pages, as well as links to the Next and Previous pages in the list.

For Site-Based leases, the screen will display:

• Location or Path Number
• Location or Path type
• Area of Operation
• Latitude
• Longitude
• Lower Frequency
• Upper Frequency

For Microwave Links leases, the screen will display the following columns:

• Microwave Link Number
• Transmitter Latitude/ Longitude
• Receiver Latitude/Longitude
• Lower Frequency
• Upper Frequency (Upper Frequency is not required for CF services)

Locations added to Market Based Leases
The following information will be displayed only if a location has been added to a geographical area in a Modification of a Lease application for a market-based service.

• Location
• Coordinates
• NEPA Required
• Quiet Zone Notification Date
• Quiet Zone Consent
• Coordination with Canada
• Coordination with Mexico
• Special Conditions
  

The Lease ID, Radio Service, Status, Classification of Lease, Market, Channel Block, Submarket, Associated Frequencies, and Auction are displayed at the top of the page.

Select a page view from the drop-down list to see a list of results defined by Spectrum and Market Areas, Other FCC-defined Areas, Undefined Areas, or Other Licenses in Market.

For Spectrum and Market areas the default display will list:

• Market Area (city and state)
• Type
• Code
• Population (displays either the population of the entire market area or of individual counties if individual counties were chosen to be leased)

Click on the Counties link to display each individual county in the market area.

For Other FCC-defined Areas, the following will be displayed:

• Area and Code
• Authorized Spectrum

For Undefined Areas, the following will be displayed:

• Undefined Area
• Authorized Spectrum

Clicking on the name of the undefined area it displays on the coordinates for that area
For Other License in Market the following will be displayed:

• Call Sign
• Licensee Name
• Grant Date
• Status
