Pursuant to Section 27.60(b)(1)(iv) of the Commission’s rules, the Bureau grants this application for modification to permit T-Mobile Licensee LLC (“T-Mobile”) to operate WQJQ696 as specified in the concurrence letter between T-Mobile and New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority, licensee of WNJN. This grant is non-transferrable.  
If the facilities authorized herein are used to provide broadcast operations, whether exclusively or in combination with other services, the licensee must seek renewal of the license either within eight years from the commencement of the broadcast service or within the term of the license had the broadcast service not been provided, whichever period is shorter in length. See 47 CFR §27.13(b).
